When reserving this facility, please note that your reservation is for the shelter and its provided amenities only. The area surrounding the shelter remains open for public use.
Aerial Summer Camps with AWOL Dance Collective will be taking place from June 15 – August 30. During this period, aerial equipment will be set up in the space outside of the shelter. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation and using the facility.
The presence of aerial equipment and camp activities may impact the available space around the shelter but will not interfere with your use of the reserved shelter itself.

ALCOHOL POLICY:
Alcoholic beverages or their consumption shall be limited to wine and/or beer. No kegs, no glass.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. 100% minus $10 processing fee, if refund is requested more than 30 days
in advance of scheduled date.
2. 50% minus $10 processing fee, if refund is requested between 16 and 30
days in advance of scheduled date.
3. No refund if requested 15 days or less in advance of scheduled date.
